Home

A bit unexpected and earlier than we thought, but yesterday we took our little girl home. Now 21 days and doing well. She recovered well from the surgery, and has no troubles with eating. Monday mama stayed with her in the hospital and started to breastfeed her, which she accepted straight away. The left long is still not developed at all, and this is something we hope to see happening the next weeks/months.

Day 15

Today she is 15 day days already. She eating good, and getting a little better every day. Not much movement yet on her left long. She still has a drain on her left side and that's why mama is still not allowed to stay in the hospital.

Lili

Lili was born at the 10th of the 10th. She will become 12 days old today. When she was 29 hours old she went through surgery. The diaphragm was almost not there, here left long had not developed at all, and her right long was damaged. The first days after surgery the doctors did not give much chance that she would make it. But she didn't give up, she fought for her live and she is now getting better every day. She is of the ventilator and breaths alone. Today she will be transferred to a less intensive care department, where mama can be with her, and where we can spent more time with her.
